What's this closest to — a swipe file, a gallery, or something else?

Closer to a database. Built like an intel tool — think BigSpy or SensorTower, but for email. Every email is classified across 20+ dimensions: psychological trigger, hook type, copy framework, ESP, funnel stage, length, design style, awareness level, CTA destination, and many more. So you can ask “Klaviyo abandoned cart, beauty, under 100 words, urgency-led” and get an answer in under a second. Galleries and swipe files don't do that.

Where do the emails come from?

Hundreds of brands across 240+ categories. New emails land in the vault every few minutes, new brands get indexed every week. The catalog grows while you're using it.

Can I save things or request brands you don't have?

Yes to both. You can star/save any email to your private library — searchable later. You can also submit brands you want indexed at /request-brands — paid subscribers go straight into the queue, and we add the brand usually within a week.

Can I export?

Not yet. Right now the product is search + preview inside BadRep. Export is on the roadmap, behind a smarter agent that can pull, remix, and sequence ideas for you. If export is a deal-breaker for your workflow, email me and you'll be at the front of the line when it ships.

Do you respect the original sender's privacy?

Yes. Subscriber names and inbox addresses are scrubbed automatically by a Postgres trigger before the row is even written to the database. Brand sender info stays — that's the whole point. If you're a brand and want out, email me at support@badrep.emailand we'll remove every email from your domain.

What's your refund policy?

Cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. Monthly only — no annual plans. No refunds once the month is used.

What does the price look like over time?

Launch price is $19/month for early subscribers. That price is locked in for you for as long as you stay subscribed (you can cancel anytime, but if you cancel and re-subscribe later, you pay the current rate). Once we hit a higher catalog milestone the price for new subscribers will go up — early subs keep their $19 rate.
